Avenue Capital Partners is a tight, disciplined team — co-founders, construction leaders, project managers, and on-site supervisors who own every step from acquisition to final close.

Steve co-founded Avenue Capital Partners with a singular focus: build a vertically integrated development platform that could acquire, finance, construct, and exit high-quality multifamily assets in Greater Boston's most competitive submarkets faster, smarter, and with better returns.
Over the past five years, Steve has led ACP's growth from a single-project operation into a multi-asset development firm with 31 completed exits, a 10-project active pipeline in Cambridge, and $15M+ in private capital deployed across a network of 30+ partner relationships.
Steve is accessible to all partners throughout every project — from first conversation to final close.

Luke partnered with Steve to build the vertically integrated platform that defines ACP today. Bringing licensed general contracting fully in-house eliminated the single greatest source of cost overrun, schedule slippage, and quality risk in real estate development.
As the licensed General Contractor of record, Luke is the operational backbone of every project. He architected ACP's full suite of construction SOPs — from pre-construction estimating through site management, milestone reporting, and final delivery.
Every ACP project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the standard our partners and buyers expect.
